Simply click the link below to download the eStation App and pre-register your account. Once registered, you can start enjoying the convenience of the Tokyo Electron EV charging network.

How It Works for Existing Users of the Service: An Account has already being created

1. Download the eStation App.
2. Login into the eStation App with your email and click forgot password link to re-set your password
3. Add payment details to the account
4. To avail/access the Tokyo Electron EV Charging service and register your account, please contact your facility manager at Tokyo Electron.

How It Works for New Users of the Service

1. Download the eStation App.
2. Create an account within the App.
3. Add payment details to the account
4. To avail/access the Tokyo Electron EV Charging service and register your account, please contact your facility manager at Tokyo Electron
5. eStation will enable your account and send you confirmation of same. Please allow up to 24 hours from request to completion.

How to Use the Charger

1. Once your account is activated by eStation, the homepage will display the Tokyo Electron EV charging network (provided location services are enabled on your phone).
2. After selecting the Tokyo Electron EV charging network, charging stations will be displayed.
3. Once you have selected a charger and connected your vehicle, the socket will display “In Use.”
4. Select the socket, and you will be prompted to “Connect & Swipe to Start” at the bottom of the screen.
5. Once the transaction has started, you can “Swipe to Stop” the charge or unlock your vehicle.
