How to Use the Charger

Charging your EV at the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel is quick and hassle-free:

How It Works:

1. Scan the QR Code
   You’ll find a QR code located on the side of the charger. Simply scan it using your smartphone.
2. Access the Payment Gateway
   The QR code brings you to a secure eStation payment portal.
3. Enter Your Details
   Provide a valid email address and your payment information.
4. Accept the Terms and Conditions
   Review and accept the terms to proceed with your charging session.
5. Start Charging
   Once your payment is confirmed, your session will begin.
6. Receive a VAT Invoice
   A copy of your VAT invoice is issued instantly by eStation to your email, providing a clear breakdown of the cost.

How to Use the Charger

1. Once you have selected a charger and connected your vehicle, the socket will display “In Use.”
2. Select the socket, and you will be prompted to “Connect & Swipe to Start” at the bottom of the screen.
3. Once the transaction has started, you can “Swipe to Stop” the charge or unlock your vehicle.
4. To Contact support – submit a ticket via our online support portal here.

Charging Rate

The current rate is €0.50 per kWh, clearly displayed on the payment screen and charger signage.
